We collect only the information necessary to operate and improve the App.

Screenshot content

We process the chat screenshots you choose to upload for analysis. Screenshots are used to produce your result and are not stored permanently.

Usage and device information

• App interactions and feature usage;
• device type, operating system, and app version;
• device or request identifiers used for security and usage limits;
• crash logs and diagnostic data.

Purchase information

Purchases, restores, subscription status, and billing are handled by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not receive full payment card details.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide and operate the App;
• analyze selected screenshots and generate App results;
• manage free daily usage and Pro subscription access;
• improve product performance, reliability, and usability;
• monitor security, prevent abuse, and enforce limits;
• comply with legal obligations.

4. AI Processing

¿Mi Amor? uses AI to interpret visible message cues from screenshots you submit. Your uploaded screenshots are processed only to provide the Service. Uploaded screenshots are not used to train AI or machine learning models.

5. Data We Avoid

We do not intentionally log raw screenshots, extracted chat text, prompts, or full analysis text in analytics, crash logs, or support logs.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data only with:

• service providers that help operate infrastructure, analytics, and security;
• Apple and RevenueCat for subscription and payment processing;
• legal authorities if required by law.

Providers are expected to protect data and use it only for specified purposes.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No system is completely secure, but we take appropriate steps to protect information.

8. International Data Transfers

The App may be used globally. Your data may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States, depending on our service providers. Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied.

9. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Screenshots are analyzed to produce your result and are not stored permanently.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, including under GDPR and KVKK, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, object to, restrict, or request portability of your data. Requests can be made at support@beforesunset.ai.

You can avoid uploading any screenshot that contains sensitive or private information.

11. Children’s Privacy

¿Mi Amor? is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App, website, or another reasonable method.
