These Terms of Use apply to your use of ¿Mi Amor? by BeforeSunset (the “App” or “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

BeforeSunset Inc. (“BeforeSunset,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Service. The Service includes the ¿Mi Amor? mobile application and any related features, content, and services we make available for the App.

1. General

¿Mi Amor? helps you interpret dating chat screenshots you choose to upload. Results are possible interpretations based on visible message cues. They are not facts, guarantees, therapy, legal advice, medical advice, or emergency support.

2. Fees & Subscriptions

Certain features may require ¿Mi Amor? Pro, an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple account. Prices, renewal periods, and subscription terms are shown in the App before purchase. Apple handles billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds under App Store policies. RevenueCat helps us manage subscription status.

You can cancel through your Apple account settings. We do not issue refunds directly; refund requests must be made through Apple.

3. Screenshot Content

You are responsible for the screenshots you choose to upload. Upload only screenshots you are comfortable analyzing. Do not upload sensitive personal, financial, medical, or private information.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content you upload and that your use of the Service does not violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

4. Limited Content License

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant BeforeSunset a limited license to host, process, analyze, and display that content only as needed to provide the Service and its features.

Uploaded screenshots are not used to train machine learning or AI models. Our handling of screenshot content is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Our Intellectual Property

The App, software, design, branding, features, and related technology are owned by BeforeSunset or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal use, subject to these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• harass, stalk, pressure, shame, or manipulate anyone;
• upload content that violates another person’s rights or privacy;
• reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the Service;
• attempt to bypass subscription, usage, or security controls;
• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.

7. AI Output

AI-generated results are probabilistic and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or based on limited context. Use your own judgment. Do not treat the output as a definitive statement about another person’s feelings, intent, or behavior.

8. Changes to the Service

We may add, remove, suspend, or change features over time. We may also update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the App, website, or another reasonable method.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, BeforeSunset disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BeforeSunset will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence may still apply.
